Dia Mirza wore ‘Sindoor’ and opted for a Rs 27,000 Rose Pink Anarkali swimsuit for a post-wedding rasam

When it comes to bridal inspiration, we first look for what our favorite celebrities wore to their wedding parties. Often the bridal looks of our favorite stars set a trend for the wedding season. Be it for engagement, Haldi, Mehendi, Shaadi or another ritual, Bollywood stars and their fashion picks always make it onto our saved list. Our favorite actresses don’t just stop there, however, as their post-wedding fashion choices also make us drool and inspire us about them. Dia Mirza, who rejoined the group of “married women” a few days ago, amazed us with her anarkali suit after the wedding and her Sindoor look. Dia Mirza had walked down the aisle and embarked on the journey of a happy life with her Mr. Right, Vaibhav Rekhi, on February 15, 2021. She had looked like royalty in her Laal Shaadi Ka Joda when she wore a red Banarasi saree from Raw Mango with a choker, jhumki, maang teeka, green Maharashtrian bangles and gajra to accentuate her look. To complement his better half, Vaibhav had worn white kurta pajamas with a matching Nehru jacket. Dia and Vaibhav’s luck had melted our hearts.

It’s been five days since social media became overwhelmed with slides of wedding pictures and videos as everyone praised them for their smart choices. From a priestess officiating the wedding to rejecting the Kanyadaan and Vidaai Rasam, Dia has become an inspiration to everyone. Well, Dia’s look after the wedding is also an inspiration, as she kept it very simple yet chic in an intricately embroidered pink anarkali suit. She emphasized her look with a silver necklace, a kada and jhumkas. She went for ivory juttis and made a semi-braided crown with soft beach waves for her hair. Well, Dias Anita Dongre Anarkali costs Rs 27,000 and her Juttis from Fizzy Goblet cost around Rs 3,000. All in all, Dias Look for her Rasam costs around Rs 30,000 after the wedding.

After the wedding, Dia shared wedding pictures on her IG handle and we drool over them. Dia went on to share another lovely picture with her husband Vaibhav from their wedding on her IG handle a few hours ago. In the picture you can see Dia and Vaibhav conversing heartily while performing the rituals. Vaibhav leans over Dia while they both smiled and showed their love and comfort for one another. Dia shared the picture and wrote, “No matter how difficult the past is, you can always start over.” – Buddha #SunsetkeDiVaNe #ThankYouPreeta. “

Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi

On February 19, 2021 Dia Mirza had her first appearance after the wedding. Dia had looked stunning in a blue kurta and white skirt. Dia had picked up her IG stories and shared a picture from the airport lounge, and it was her beautiful Mangal Sutra that caught our attention. She had thrown the normal golden Mangal Sutra overboard and opted for a silver chain with the characteristic black pearls and a white stone in the middle. On the picture she had written: “Everything is ready to start a new story. Chalo Dilli. ” (Must Read: Himanshi Khurana’s Giant Heart-Shaped Diamond Ring Hints at Her Engagement To BF Asim Riaz)

Dia had kept the details of their wedding a secret and hadn’t posted many pictures from their wedding parties. On February 19, 2021, Dia’s best friend and stylist Theia Tekchandaney took her Instagram grip and shared pictures from Dia’s mehendi ceremony. In the pictures we could see how Dia put on a yellow suit with a kiran edge. Her look was completed by floral decorations and her brightest smile. Theia had written next to the pictures: “This one comes straight from the heart! My dearest Diu! I meant what I said. In my speech you are really a special person who was brought to planet earth to do special things! Your silent perseverance and your strength and determination are one of the many things that I love and admire about you! Besties forever! ” (Suggested Reading: Mira Kapoor wore a Rs 35,000 chiffon saree for BFF’s wedding, looked like a YRF actress flaunting it)
