Celebrities are constantly in the spotlight, especially when they are dating someone from the industry they work in. We love her and the fans want to know every detail about their relationship, especially their weddings. Here’s a round-up of my favorite things to do – weddings. Every celebrity jodi has a different story and that shows in their shaadi too, but they’re all super fun and also give out important goals.
I can’t get enough of it, so here’s a look at all of the weddings that took place in 2019. Scroll down for a trip to all of the amazing weddings of the year.
1. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh
Maybe it was all the secrecy, the anticipation, or the sizzling chemistry between DP and Ranveer, but when their wedding came we couldn’t stay calm. The stunning wedding took place in Italy and while we had to wait a long time to get a look at it, they were well worth the wait. Read more about the wedding here, here and here.
2. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas
The #Nickyanka wedding looked super chill and super dreamy. Nick and Priyanka are a hot and funky couple, and that’s why I sent them out even more from the start. I’ve definitely earmarked deets from it for my own big day (whenever it hits in the distant future).
3. Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja
I love how they fell in love on the phone and how their relationship blossomed during their ad time. Their wedding was a real ‘funjabi’ wedding with the addition of glamor was a huge Bollywood party!
4. Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi
The wedding of Neha and Angad surprised not only their fans, but also the B-Town Janta. We only found out after they posted the photos and the photos looked pretty stunning too.
5. Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary
Prince and Narula or as the fans call them – Privika, got married two months ago at a totally desi wedding! We couldn’t get over how much fun they seemed to be having.
6. Sumeet Vyas and Ekta Kaul
This Jodi tied the knot in Kashmir and her wedding photos have proven that they are undoubtedly made for each other.
7. Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla
Rubina and Abhinav’s wedding was one of the most dreamy. The TV stars looked like a fairy tale in their wedding photos.
8. Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy
Gautam married his girlfriend Pankhuri is an intimate ceremony in February in Alwar, Rajasthan. The couple even performed a romantic dance number at their reception.
9. Keith Sequeira and Rochelle Rao
Rochelle and Keith are a beautiful couple and their wedding was an equally breathtaking affair. The Lovebirds had a beach wedding in March that took the dreamy to a whole new level.
10. Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar
TV stars Shoaib and Dipika got married earlier this year. The former onscreen co-stars share great chemistry in real life too, don’t they?
11. Ankit Tiwari and Pallavi Shukla
Ankit, one of Bollywood’s top singers, married Pallavi, who is a software engineer. Their wedding ceremonies took place in Kanpur in the presence of their loved ones.
12. Gaurav Chopra and Hitisha Cheranda
Here’s another wedding in February! Gaurav married his current wife Hitisha in a silent ceremony on February 19, surprising everyone.
13. Shakti Arora and Neha Saxena
Shakti and Neha met over 8 years ago on the set of the TV show Tere Liye. They finally tied the knot in March and began their happy lives afterward.
14. Shweta Tripathi and Chaitnya Sharma
Shweta married her sweetheart Chaitnya alias SlowCheeta in a big wedding ceremony. The wedding celebrations looked every bit as cute as the couple.
15. Himesh Reshammiya and Sonia Kapoor
The famous music director and composer Himesh married his girlfriend Sonia in May of this year. This was another surprise wedding, held the day after Neha and Angad were married.
16. Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar
Milind and Ankita began their eternity after a four-year relationship. Their relationship was criticized by many for the age difference, but the lovebirds didn’t care and took the plunge in April of that year.
17. Mohit Marwah and Antara Motiwala
Mohit and Antara had a big celebration of their union and the Kapoor clan attended their wedding parties, which made it all the more special.
18. Shriya Saran and Andrei Koscheev
The stunning actress Shriya was attached to her Russian boyfriend Andrei on March 12th. The wedding was quite an intimate affair and was held in Mumbai.
19. Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta
Akash Ambani, Shloka Mehta
This was one of the most elaborate weddings of the year and lasted for days. The pre-wedding events were no less than a big deal and many celebrities attended the celebrations.
20. Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal
The Ambanis sure know how to throw a wedding. Isha’s commitment to pre-wedding ceremonies on her wedding day was on another level. Bollywood celebrities performed at their Sangeet, Beyonce too!
21. Ayaz Khan and Amish Khan
The actor Ayaz married Amish in his hometown of Lucknow. The wedding took place in the town of Nawabs itself, surrounded by family and close friends.
22. Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath
Kapil and Ginni had been together for a long time until the day before yesterday they finally tied the knot. You sure make a cute couple, right?
23. Additi Gupta and Kabir Chopra
TV actress Additi married her boyfriend Kabir, who is a businessman by profession, on December 12th. Lots of TV celebrities like it Anita Hassanandani, Kritika Kamra, Pooja Gor and Drashti Dhami etc. also attended the ceremony.
24. Parul Chauhan and Chirag Thakkar
Television actress Chauhan’s hair, currently starring in the series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Chirag Thakkar. The two got married this morning at Iskcon Temple in Mumbai.
25. Shweta Basu Prasad and Rohit Mittal
Shweta was stopped with her longtime boyfriend, Rohit Mittal. The actress and filmmaker also seemed to be having a lot of fun during their pre-wedding celebrations!
26. Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap
Saina and Parupalli are the latest celebs to join the list of couples who have entered the married category. The two tie the knot on December 14th in Hyderabad.
2018 is certainly a year of many large and also some surprising weddings. We can’t wait to see which celebrity couple will surprise us with their wedding news in 2019.
